I can't tell you how much I love this ad!! I know you can create an ad however you want. However, I love how direct this is. I have always made mine like the others boring and just a description of the job. I will use this as a template when I create my next one. I believe it will bring a much better quality employee with it. Thank you!!
I think it is a great ad. Thank you for the example. Question - you said you understand its not fair that someone sit around all day working on commission only. So what is your option? I'm asking b/c I recently applied to a doctor's office and he wants me to work on commission only. I'm a little afraid of that. It would be two days a week, as I work in a spa and have clientele there. I always wanted to work for a doctor. What do you suggest? Suck it up for now or negoiate and get an hourly plus small commission or just hourly?
Sabrina it's against the law to hire someone commission only in CA. I would ask for hourly and commission on services and product sales.
Sorry I've been out of the loop. Catching up... Thank you for your answer. So I don't have to sit there all day, but I want to build clientele so I don't mind. If I need to take off for a doctor appointment I can. But it is a independant contractor position, which it what I am at my spa as well. But both are commission only. I thought thats how it worked. I'm confused...
